    My CA number is 210000861226 and BP number is 1100861002. Due to My transfer out of Mumbai I am not staying in my flat since Dec 2019, From 01 Dec 2019 my flat is vacant and at present nobody is staying in flat. Therefore nobody used the Mahanagar gas. I have already informed the Mahanager Gas Ltd, still last month I got the bill from Mahanagar Gas Ltd. I am surprised to see the bill of Rs. 1833/= which is not not used by me still I paid the bill of Rs. 1933/= including GST and service charges to avoid the disconnection of gas line. Again this month also I got one more bill sum of Rs. 833/= without any justification and without taking any proper meter reading. Therefore once again I am requesting you to credit my previous amount Rs.1933/= on my CA no.210000861226 and don,t sent any bill unlees and untill to start the gas consumption.

  2. My CA number is 210000681306 and BP number is 1100679236. My door is locked since July 2017 and not consume the Gas to my job transfer. I have already informed you my email and correspondence. I am surprised to see that still the bills are generated every month. I do not want to disconnect the connection hence by oversight. I paid small bill of last month. This month also generated the bill for the month of May for RS.263 without taking meter reading. I hereby request you to please disconnect the gas connection temporary and please inform me accordingly.

    My CA Number is 210000733376. I have been getting Bills on assumed readings, and the last Bill reading is more than the actual meter reading. The house was locked for some time and our representative could not take the reading, for which I apologize. Can you please get this checked and corrected so that there is no future problem. The present reading shows 00313,4010 but Bill number BP1100732125 reading shows 379. Please help in sorting this.

    I am residing at B-33 Ashlesha Srishti CHS, Mira road (east). I applied for a new Gas Connection in the 3rd week of May 2017 and my deposit amount of Rs.6500/- (Cheque No.77 drawn on UCO Bank, Andheri West Branch), and the cheque got cleared in the first week of June 2017. I want to know the status of giving connection as well as the receipt, which I want to collect from Mira Road Office of Mahanagar Gas.

    I have been trying to call you on the help line. My BP number is 1100884256 and I have received the first bill amount Rs.659.00 with the due date as 19.05.2017. I the said connection is at my second home and I have not used the gas since it was connected. I suppose the minimum charges applicable is Rs. 100/- only. Kindly look into my issue and solve it.

    1. Information as provided in the Official Website :

      Existing PNG users need to login the request (Customer Care) for the gas geyser. New customers need to specify their Gas Geyser requirement at the time of registration. Always ensure not to install gas geysers through unauthorized persons. Customer shall call only customer care for geyser installation requirement. Also note that Geyser will not be installed in bathrooms for safety reasons.

  14. My CA No. is 210000499207 & Your BP No.1100497113 Your Bill NO.206000051898 dated 02-02-2017 for Rs.1389/-. I have paid your bill for Rs.1389/- on line on 16-02-2017. My account is debited by the bank for Rs.1389/-. But there is no system of producing receipt through your online that you have received payment from me. There is also no system to send me SMS that you have received Rs.1389/-. You are requested to send me SMS on Mobile No.9820070680 or email k.suraj8 AT gmail.com.   27. I would like to know the responsibilities of MGL domestic consumer in Thane area.
    My CA No is 210000208928 & BP No is 1100007270. MGL gas meter installed in the flat is belongs to whom. If suppose the gas line is damaged beyond common gas installation, outside the society premises (on the common road). Who is responsible for repairs & restoration of the gas pipe line.
    Can MGL disconnect the gas supply to individual consumer supply for damage on pipe line on the road? Is it mandatory to inform the affected consumer about the damage, approximate time for repairs & time of restoration of normal gas supply?

  28. I have applied for gas connection on 11th Feb 2016, almost 8 months are completed and there is no update on my gas connection. I am calling customer care since last 6 months but there is no progress on my case.

    1. We stay in Park Vistas, Lallubhai Park , Andheri west, Mumbai 58.
      we have applied for MGL new connection for which our developer has already applied on 20th August we got our OC, but due to No gas connection we are on hold.
      Kindly advice when can we expect the new connection at earliest.

    2. I suggest you to go personally, with copies of your application and receipts of payment made, to MGL’s office in BKC. Also take a fresh reminder application along with.

      In the interest of customer convenience, MGL offers the facility of name transfer to its domestic customers. Customers can apply for name transfer under the following conditions; Sale of Flat, Mortgaged Flat, Rental / Pagdi / Leased Flat, Demise of Registered Customer, Gift Transfer, name transfer from Builder to Owner.

      Duly filled name transfer form needs to be submitted along with requisite documents and charges of Rs. 350/- (to be paid in cheque) at:
