Sad to read the comments of the customers where there is no positive comment. Equally sad to see the company is not bothered for its reputation and irony. Is your customer care facility existing for the name sake? Its no point putting my grievance as it is going to get their standard response, cant help. Bad experience, Customer Care unit is not picking up my phone and I purchased western seat and it was leaking. I request to customers please don’t buy any item from this company.
I HAVE PURCHASE SEAT COVER FROM DEALER IN KOLKATA. THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THAT. I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE AND ATTENDING OFFICER CAME AND INSPECT THE PRODUCT. AND DO NOTHING BY GIVING NEGATIVE REPLY, THAT WE CANNOT HELP IT. SHOPKEEPER REFUSED TO EXCHANGE AND TOLD THAT, WE CANNOT GET BACK THE OPENED PRODUCT.
I called on their toll free number 18001030004 dated 19-12-2017 booked complaint. My complaint number is 98471. Next day I called on same toll free number to know the status of complaint four times but when enquiry of complain comes phone ended shows. I again called on Chandigarh office number 0172-279192 and 0172-2279192 but always comes check the number. So many customer care is very bad.
I want to give complaint about shade variation in tiles. Also dealer is not supporting.
It is poor service and having non committed staff. They are giving only false commitments.
Customer care facilities are so so bad.
