Pen and Pencil has thier own customised shipping policy as follows:
Free Shipping :
** We provide free shipping on all orders above Rs. 499 and weight less than 500 gms.

Flat Shipping Charge :
** Flat shipping charge of Rs. 50 if your order value is less than Rs. 499 and weight less than 500 gms.

Weight based shipping :
** For orders weighing more than 500 gms in any of the above 2 cases, you will have to pay a little extra for shipping depending on the weight.

Ship everywhere in India :
** We ship our products to all major cities in India.
** Please check the service availability in your area to help us process your orders quicker.

Delivery time :
** Estimated delivery time is between 4-9 days
** All orders placed during the week are dispatched on Saturday morning.
** Orders placed till Friday night are dispatched on Saturday.
** Estimated delivery time will be 3-4 days from the date of dispatch.

Cancellation Policy :
** If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care at  as soon as possible with your order number.
** As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.
** We cannot cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
** If you still wish to cancel your order after it is dispatched, kindly refer to the Return Policy above.

Return Policy :
** Place the item in its original packaging
