** Acadzone has a huge collection of Competitive Exams, Management, Computer, Engineering and Medical books catering to many university syllabuses in India.
** It’s been a long time and I still haven’t received my order. What should I do?

Shipping & Delivery Cost :
** All Orders above Rs 399 are delivered to your doorstep free of cost. Please append Rs 60 as courier charges for any order below Rs 399.

Shipping :
** Major destinations are serviced by known national courier companies and deliveries normally take 1-3 days. You can track the status and location of your book parcel after dispatch on the respective courier’s website vide the book parcel’s tracking code. Remote locations where there is no coverage by our empanelled couriers, get serviced through India Post, a Government of India undertaking. There is NO online tracking currently available for book parcels sent by Registered Post or VPP. Delivery time through India Post normally takes longer and could extend to more than 2 weeks for some locations and rare situations. Kindly be patient – inform us if there is inordinate delay and we will follow up with India Post.
** When you place an order, the estimated shipping and delivery time will be specified based on the availability of the item. Generally the books fall under 3 categories:

In stock :
** All the titles will clearly mention the approximate shipping and delivery time. The delivery time details are:
2 – 3 days*: Books are currently in stock with local distributors /vendors and will likely be shipped on the same day if the orders are placed before 2 p.m.
3 – 7 days*: Books are available at the publisher’s warehouse and will need to be ordered from there.
14 – 21 business days*: These books are imported into India.
Business day means working day(s) excluding Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays.

Out of stock :
** These books are currently out of stock. We accept email IDs and will intimate you once the titles are back in stock.

Pre-Order :
** The stock of these titles is expected shortly (usually within 2-3 weeks).
** We accept email IDs and will intimate you once the titles are ready to be shipped for you to place your order(s).
Note: Books ordered on Saturday after 4 p.m. will take an extra day to ship due to the weekend.

Return Policy :
** If you receive a damaged or a defective item please return the same without any hesitation to us in a proper package. Kindly send an email requesting for return along with its reason.
** Also state your transaction id & send it to us via a trusted courier or mail.
**As soon as we receive the defective item we will send you a fresh replacement or refund the amount as per your choice.
** In your return email please advice us whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
** This facility is only for goods bought from us. Return of any defective / damage item should be done within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the shipment to our working office
