Delivery Policy
** The large majority of orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 4 to 7 working days from shipping.
** However in some cases particularly for stone, metal and wood art items, we may take longer, to ship the order and the same will be reflected in the delivery time against that item.
** We ship through following courier services: BlueDart, TNT, DTDC, Aramex and Afl.
** Buyer needs to ensure and check that the shipping address is covered by above courier services.
** Orders placed which cannot be serviced by above courier services will be refunded.
** Small orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take two to three weeks depending on the location.
** We ship on all weekdays (Monday through Saturday) excluding public holidays.
** With each and every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you.
** Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details so that you can track status of your order.
** Don’t accept if the packet is open or damaged.
** If you find if it is damaged after receiving the packet or any other complaints please intimate us within 24 hours.
Shipping charges :
** For most products in our range “Regular” shipping charges shall apply.
** However, for some large, fragile or high value stone art items, special rates may be applicable, which shall be included in the shipping charges itself.
** Service tax AT 12.36% shall be charged on the shipping charges above

I ordered Adiyogi Statue 6″ with LED from Adiyogi Store. To my surprise adiyogis statue was broken and they sent me without LED light. Packing was so pathetic and Adiyogis Chandra was broken.. I wanted Adiyogi Statue fory new car which I m purchasing on this shivartri..it’s hurting and sadening that I am not able to place my God in my car… Though I have visit the yoga center several times was waiting for this auspicious time …

Your website merely says ‘processing’ Surely you can be more specific, especially for deliveries to metro cities and provide approximate dates. We are working people (without domestic staff) and need a window in time, to be able to receive the merchandise at home. Further, your toll free number, 180030006118, is disfunctional. My order Id:130029279. I haven’t received my order. Even they were not attending the calls. I never thought that such a foundation will act like this. This is the worst maintenance I haven’t never seen. Please inform us if any one know who will refund the money.

Order date is 23rd Aug15 still not received
Nor have I received any email confirmation of the order. The isha shoppe website is showing order status as PROCESSING. The customer care executives dont have the air way bill no of the shipment they refused to even refund the money.
Never expected such horrible service from an organization as ISHA FOUNDATION
