Within India :
** When making a purchase from us online, shipping and handling rates are approximate until you insert a shipping address.
** Please allow 2-4 days for delivery if book is in stock and 7-25 days book out of stock.
** All prices on this Web site are expressed in Indian currency.
Merchandise Rates For India :
** The following standard shipping costs are for shipments within India only and are calculated according to the total cost of merchandise in your order.
** You as a client are required to sign for your Sterling Book house deliveries.
** For shipment within Mumbai, Rs 50/- would be added as shipping .
The shipping charges levied outside Mumbai are as follows –
Method – Charges :
1. Register Post – (Rs.95 per kg and Rs.50 for every additional 500 grams)
2. Express Courier – (Rs.145 per kg and Rs.70 for every additional 500 grams)
3. Air Courier – (Rs.180 per kg and Rs.90 for every additional 500 grams)
Insurance :
** We guarantee for books sent to customers by Cash On Delivery (within Mumbai) and books sent by Courier.
** Books sent by registered post can not be guaranteed by us.
** In case of problems, we can help the customer by corresponding with the postal department beyond which we cannot replace the books.
Outside India :
** At this time, we are unable to fulfill international orders online.
** We regret that this is beyond our control and will strive to serve our international customers through our web site soon.
