I have subscribed the magazine for one year on the month of July I haven’t received my november magazine yet. My Order Number is 115964
I subscribed the yearly subscription of Pratiyogita darpan on 13th September 2019 (Registered Post). As per the guidelines provided by you, it takes 2 weeks for processing of subscription and on every 9th of the month you dispatch English pratiyogita darpan magazine which takes 7 working days to arrive. It is 25th day of the month and I have still not received my magazine.
Whenever I call and raise a query at your Agra office, no one phone number is working/responding to my mails. Here, PD/upkar publications are failing to provide services. Please let me know if this would be the process then i would like to refund my money or I request you to please solve this issue at the earliest. Following are the details of my order.
