Complain – Meru cab driver did not issue proper bill
I had a ride from Bangalore International Airport to Ejipura using Meru Cab Vehicle number – KA53A8478 on 7th March, 2016. Driver did not give the bill, he said machine is not working and said customer care executive would provide you. On insisting, he provided me a manual bill which is actually Meru copy (Not a customer copy) without including the toll charges saying that is all he had. Attaching the scan copy of the bill which he provided.
I have made total payment of Rs.1,109 to the Meru cab driver under the below charges:
Cab charges = Rs.989 and
Toll charges = Rs.120/-
Please issue me a proper bill of Rs.1,109.
