Broadband connection down for past 2 weeks. Complaint number is 20228235051. No action taken, nobody listen. Support people are off, no use. Worst ISP, ever encountered.
I feel cheated, I have registered my complaint on 28th August 2018, but still it is in pending. I got message that my complaint is resolved. But the fact is, it is still pending. No one is ready to listen (or) act. I have no alternative but to shift to other provider.
It is worst experience with Nextra. Even mobile internet service is better than Nextra. Never consider Nextra for Internet connection.
Such a worst service I have seen in my life. I don’t know when my problem is going to solve. And the Customer cares are not picking the call since 3 hrs. You just speed up my internet connection. Since 24 hrs internet connection is not working. I don’t know what’s the problem.
It is really become difficult to contact the customer care no. I am trying to contact them from 11.am 01 Oct 2016 upto this time that is 15.22 2nd Oct 2016. I do not know when can I connect them and get my connection rectified?
I used nextra for a while. There was a security deposit amount, which I was supposed to get back, after termination of services. It has been more than 5 months & painful no of calls. No response. Please give my money back!!

Why are you not going to consumer court?
I have taken new connection. When it’s activated, it works only couple of hrs then there is no network.
Since I am chasing customer care they are not picking up any phone I had dropped a mail also then there is no response. Such worst services.
There is no solutions on time. No one is going to lessening us.
I logged complaint (complaint number 20430835009) on May 11th and since then following up with customer care and writing to support[AT]nextraworld.com. It has been 11 days since my internet connection is down and my business is suffered due to this. I am making huge losses each day as staff of 15 people is sitting idle due to internet issue.
Is it not highly unprofessional approach from your side? Are you really serious about resolving this issue?

You are right Groverji. I charged yesterday and since then no internet.
1. When someone does a recharge for something he wants to continue the services, but whenever I do recharge for nextra but every time the connection goes and it causes problem for 4-7 days every time.. This is now a reputation of your services which yo guys r providing to me.
2. If you have kept customer care numbers then let it get connect directly between the customer care and the person who wants to talk , why the hell is that computerized voice kept? And that too takes at least 2.30 minutes which makes us suffer for our balance also..
So in short
First we buy your so expensive connections and then you will give us low connectivity on packs which earns you revenue & moreover it when we will contact customer care supporter that will also consume our balance, and you are earning through that way also!! I am seriously fed up with your services and now I am going to discontinue if it doesn’t get solved again!
I need solution to my problem asap or I will take strict action against nextra company!
Please speed up our WiFi. It is too slow.
