Telenor service is pathetic. I have recently recharged my number with data and voice pack after 1 week the number is disconnected, I have asked the customer care to start the number but they are replying that as per policy we cannot start the connection again.
Without any notification how can they stop the service and what about the amount which I had recharged. Their customer service also have the same script that they cannot restore the connection reply is just the same message which they copy and paste. What a bad service.
This number is lost before four days. I called your customer care and stop outgoing call. I replace my number yesterday and I want to start outgoing call. So I call your customer care today at 1:40pm to discuss this matter.
And he tells me as your outgoing will be started within four hours but till this time it doesn’t start. I contact your customer care 5 times but result has 0. So I request you to please care it.
I am retailer of the company & demo no. is 9122222805. I am not able to contact helpline no 400 or 500. Whenever option cums to dial 9 to speak to customer executive I dial 9 & the line disconnects. Since 4 days I am not able
to speak to the customer care executive. I compliant on 198 but I did not get any help.
I have not been able to use the Internet since the day I bought the Sim card. It’s been more than ten days, and I have not been able to connect to the server as yet. I have accepted the GPRS settings but it’s still no use. I have been calling the customer care number everyday, but have been been told to wait for four hours, without any result whatsoever. Please solve this problem as soon as possible,i.e. your “temporary network problems “. Season changes for every company not particularly for you.
Same today i got 25 times call from uninor but I haven’t answer but still they deducted 30 rupees from my account. When I tried to call customer care its shows message that I cannot connect this call on 198 or 121.
About unsatisfactory service
From 11/12/2015 30 rs deducted from my account when I asked to your customer care they told me as they will refund money in 24 hours but now 72 hours finished. Your company has not refunded my money and also now customer care is not picking up my phone. Also they stop my internet. I have balance but showing as not connected. I am the seller of uninor sim card. Now I am going to stop selling of sim card
