Cancellation & Refund Policy

SPARK’s entire liability and the Customer’s exclusive remedy for any failure or breach on the part of SPARK shall be the return of the charges paid by the Customer relating the unexpired period of the use in the time of complete service outage for more than 7 days. In case of service disruption of less than 7 days customer would be provided service extension for the non-serviceable period of the same plan and package as in force.

SPARK disclaims all warranties and conditions express or implied including but not limited to implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose with regard to the services offered and in no event SPARK shall be liable for any other damages including special, indirect or consequential damages loss of profits business interruption whatsoever arising out of use or inability to use the services.
