The customer service is terrible. The speed is very very bad
In a month atleast 15 days my net is down. Their engineers are the worst.
Every time my net is down, they dont have the manners to speak to their customers.
Sometimes it will disconnect automatically when I made a call to him ( Mr Rajendra ) he spokes very rashly. They take 1000 Inr for 512 kbps plan without bill.
