Shipping Policy :
Delivery charges :
** We currently have Free Express shipping for all orders inside India, and there are no handling charges for Cash on Delivery.
** International orders are chargeable by Rs 800 (USD 13) per item in the order and orders higher than Rs 12,400 (USD 200) will be shipped completely free.
** We currently ship to almost every country in the world.

Delivery time :
We ship all orders on a priority basis, making sure you receive them as soon as possible.
Here is the expected delivery time for your location;
Metros – 2 to 3 days.
Capital cities – 3 to 4 days.
Other cities/ towns – 3 to 5 days.
International orders – 15 to 20 days

COD option not offered in my location :
** Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Also we discourage COD orders for above Rs 6,000 and hence offer 5% discount on prepaid orders which make more and more sense in case of bigger orders.
** Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please ccontact us to check if CoD is available in your location.
** We do not have Cash on Delivery on international orders

Return/exchange :
** You may request returns/exchanges for most items, you buy from Candidly Couture, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable or are in the SALE section of the website.
** Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
** Merchandise must have all tags, including any Candidly Couture hangtags, attached.
** Any merchandise marked in SALE section cannot be returned.
** All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
** All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
