Shipping Policy :
Delivery of products :
** Purchases are shipped from our own or third party warehouses or offices from various points in India.
** Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 7 business days from receipt of payment.
** Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies usually between 9am – 5pm Monday – Saturday.
** Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order
** Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
** We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
** All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
** Goods once sold will not be taken back by the company, if no complaint is reported by the customer within 15 days of purchase, no exchange shall be given.
** If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact at support AT bagzone.com, mentioning your order reference number.
** We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
** Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Bagzone’s shipment to the shipping carrier.

Delivery Charges :
** Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size , volume, type and other considerations.
** The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
** Bgagzone will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order.
** In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts bagzone.com reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

Return Policy :
** Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
** To return any items that are discovered damaged after delivery or not as per your original order , please contact Customer Service by email support AT bagzone.com
** All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition.
** Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded.
