Inefficient Service, Booked a courier with tracking number 2234855XXXX containing Medicines for my old father from Madippakkam to Anna Nagar on 28/09/2023. To be delivered to Anna Nagar on Friday 28/09/2023,
Delivery person did not come, but lied and put comments in tracking as door locked,
Till date have not received,
When customer care was contacted they asked me collect parcel at Tirusoolam hub,
They told me that it will be delivered only on Tuesday 03/10/2023,
