** Within India, Bewakoof.com provides Free Shipping for order above Rs 390.
** There will be a shipping charge of Rs 49 on orders of Rs. 390 or below.

** Cash on Delivery charges will not be applicable for orders above Rs 1000/-, otherwise an additional Rs 39 will be charged for Cash on Delivery orders.

International orders

** Yes, we do accept International orders. You can place the order with the help of any Indian Bank Card or through PayPal payment gateway.
** Shipping charges will be clearly mentioned on the checkout page of the website before making the payment after you enter your shipping address.

Return Policy

1. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. The product amount will be credited back to his/her Bewakoof.com wallet, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
4. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable .
5. If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
6. To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the “My Orders” section of your Bewakoof Account.
7. Note – For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit we give you in Bewakoof wallet to place the order for the new product .

Refund Policy

1. You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 15 days of its date of delivery.
2. All refunds will be credited in your Bewakoof Wallet as store credits which you can use to shop on Bewakoof.com
3. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access wallet

Rules for Courier charges refund :
1. For all self-shipped returns, we will provide you a cashback of Rs.100 for shipments weighing upto 500 grams.
2. For every next 500 gram slab, an additional Rs.50 will be added to the refund amount.
3. For example, a single t-shirt piece weighs around 250 grams which if returned would give you a cashback of Rs.100 in your account.
4. If you happen to return 3 t-shirts, your return shipment weighs 750 grams and would give you a cashback of Rs.150.
5.Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
6.Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
7.Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
8.If the courier cost is lesser than Rs.100, you will still be receiving a cashback of Rs.100.
