Nova Nova Shipping Details
Since all products are freshly made to order, we dispatched them within 3-5 working days. Post that, it takes 1-2 working days for deliveries within Mumbai and 3-5 working days outside Mumbai.

Nova Nova Refund Policy
We are proud of the product we sell and hope that you like it as much as we do. The product cannot be returned once purchased. Refund is applicable only if product is received in damaged condition or wrong order is delivered. If the product is damaged or wrongly delivered, simply contact us within 2 days of shipment on reach[AT]wafflehouse.co.in for a replacement or 100% refund of the purchase price back to your account.

Please note:
** All cookies packets should be returned back to us in case of refund.
