DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
** We offer FREE Shipping all across India for any order.
** We Ship only through reputed shipping providers.
** Orders will be dispatched in 2– 3 business days of placement depending upon the availability of the product.
** Tracking number will be send in 5 business days
** Once dispatched, orders within India will be delivered in 5- 10 business days. There might be delay in delivery due to unexpected/unavoidable factors.
** Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
** If in case there are any issues with the delivery/package it has be brought to our attention within 24 hrs. Please write to us at softsilksaree1[AT]gmail.com

INTERNATIONAL:
** Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions of your order.
** Orders are delivered within 10 to 15 Business days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
** Any Customs Duty/Import Tax/GST charges should be borne by the customer as it is not under Kovaipattu or our shipping partners control and is levied by the government of the City/State/Country of the customer.
** We ship throughout the week except during weekends and Public Holidays.

Cancellation can’t be done once the order is booked and payment is completed

Exchange Policy:
In the rare eventuality you wish to exchange a product, please read our below policies –
** If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at softsilksaree1[AT]gmail.com
** mentioning your Order ID The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
** The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
** If you think, you have received the wrong product/Damage Products, kindly send email (softsilksaree1[AT]gmail.com) within 24hrs. Opening video compulsory in this case.
** Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 1 day of receiving the product would not be accepted.
** Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in colour or Feel of Material.
** Exchange can be done with Other Products or Refund. We will pay the Shipping cost in case of Saree Damage/Wrong product.

Refund Policy:
Refunds once eligible will be given equivalent store credit or will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 2 to 5 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
