I need to re-send my consignment which was returned to origin due to some reason, what should I do?
You can call us at 8448011011 to re-send your package.

I want to change the address I mentioned on the consignment; how should I do that?
Your booking branch will have to make a complaint on your behalf. Kindly contact them.

My consignment is of a no-service area, what should I do?
Receivers can collect the consignment from the nearest hub after contacting it. If not, then the consignments of no-service areas are returned to the booking origin.

My consignment is of an out-of-delivery area, what should I do?
Out-of-delivery consignments are mostly delivered once a week. Please contact the nearest hub for more details. You can also call us at 8448011011 for further details.

My consignment has been seized by Sales tax department even though I had submitted all the papers. Why so?
Government authorities seize various transport vehicles to keep a check of consignments. They scrutinize consignments for missing documentation and hold them back. Consignments with documentation which checks out with the department is subsequently released. This process takes time as the department picks up a whole lot rather than individual consignments.

E-way bills are mandatory for consignments with a value of INR 50,000 and above. In a few cases it is needed without any upper/lower limit.
