Hafele Shipping Policy
** All products are shipped from the nearest fulfillment center available. Our goal is to ship your product within 3-7 days of placing your order. Should you have any questions or requests, please write to us at customercare[AT]hafeleindia.com and we will get in touch with you.
** As soon as a courier partner has been allocated to your order, you will get a notification on SMS or email address provided with the tracking number and the courier partner’s name. You will also get an invoice on your email address with the shipment details.
** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
** Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Hafele Refund and Return Policy
** Owing to the nature of our products, goods are not eligible for return /refund in case the carton box is found open at the time of installation of the goods by Hafele’s authorized representative. Hafele’s authorized representative will only open the carton box in front of the customer.
** We would request our esteemed customer to be vigilant at the time of taking the delivery of the goods from the delivery person.
** In case the carton box is found open and is not affixed on all sides of the carton, please do not accept delivery and return the goods immediately to the same delivery person.
** Product Inspection needs to be done within 10 days of delivery. Post 10 days we are neither responsible nor accept any damage claim for replacement /refund.
** Due to the nature of our products and the high transport cost involved, Hafele reserves the right of refund will be decided on a case-to-case basis. The first priority of Hafele is, that customers should feel delighted after receiving the goods and their usage, to replace goods in case found broken/damaged/defective.
** Any voluntary return of goods, once accepted by Hafele, the shipping cost needs shall be borne by the customer
** “In case of cancellation by the customer upon delivery or any other reason not pertaining from Hafele’s side, refund to be made to the customer will be after deducting the “to and fro freight ” and the amount charged by payment aggregator and replacement to be made after collecting “to and fro freight charges”.
** For Refunds, Hafele does not charge any processing fee. However, the transaction fee and GST levied by Razorpay at the time of payment capture will not be reversed to your account.

What is “E-Waste”?
As per the E-waste (Management) Rules, 2016, ‘E-waste’ means electrical and electronic equipment, whole or in part discarded as waste by the consumer or bulk consumer as well as rejects from manufacturing, refurbishment and repair processes.
Electronics such as refrigerators, washing machines, mobile phones, computers, laptops, printers, fax machines or even their parts, which have reached the end of their useful life are called “E-Waste”. If not recycled in an environmentally sound way, e-waste poses a range of environmental risks.

Important Dos and Don’ts :
** As our valued customer, we encourage you to channelise your e-waste only through the collection channels set up by Karo Sambhav.
** Do not mix e-waste in your home dustbins with other municipal waste.
** Do not dismantle any electronics/ electrical devices at home. Improper dismantling or recycling of e-waste is harmful for the environment.
** Do not sell the e-waste to any unauthorised agencies/scrap dealer/informal waste collector.
** Keep the product in isolated area, after it becomes non-functional/un-repairable so as to prevent its accidental breakage.
