What are the available delivery options and rates?
We currently offer the following delivery options in India, with order tracking services.
Delivery Destination: India
DELIVERY OPTIONS : STANDARD
RATES : Delivery will be Free of Cost
DELIVERY TIME : Orders will arrive within 7 working days* between 9am – 9pm
Note: All orders are currently shipped out from India.
*Working days refer to Monday to Sunday, and do not include Public Holidays
*Please note that delivery may take longer during sale events.

Does my order come with a guaranteed delivery date?
Please note that the expected delivery date/time is at our best approximation and might be affected by conditions such as shipping restrictions, payment authorisation, online security checks and stock availability.

How do I track my order?
** To track your order, sign in to your account and view My Purchases & Returns under My Account. Locate the Track Your Order button that corresponds to your order number, and you will be navigated to the online tracking system of the designated courier company.
** If you have opted for guest checkout, you will still receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. If the address provided is incorrect, the package will be returned to us by the delivery agent or the unintended recipient.

How is a failed delivery processed?
Most of our delivery agents make three attempts to deliver a parcel and they may require an OTP upon delivery of parcel. If the first round of delivery is unsuccessful, the agent will contact the recipient using the given contact number to rearrange for another delivery date. If the recipient fails to receive the package after the three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to CHARLES & KEITH.

How do I make sure I have selected the correct site to shop on?
Please select your delivery destination from our site selector tool located at the top left hand corner on our landing page. A location with a shopping bag icon indicates that online shopping is available there.

Are there any restricted areas you do not ship to?
We accept deliveries to hotels. You will have to provide the room number and local contact information. Deliveries will only be made to the Hotel Reception, and you are required to inform the reception of a pending delivery. Once the order has been delivered to the reception it will be considered as delivered. CHARLESKEITH.IN shall not be held responsible for any lost orders after goods have been accepted by reception.

Details on split shipment for my order​ :
1. Why has my order been split into multiple shipments?​
We strive to ensure you receive your full order in a single shipment.
In the event that some of your items are not available at our main warehouse, we may arrange for split shipment according to stock availability at another warehouse. This is based on our discretion. You will not incur any additional delivery fee.​​

2. How do I track my shipments?​
– For Account holders​
1) Sign in to your account and and go to My Purchases & Returns under My Account.
2) Under the My Purchases & Returns page, if your order status is displayed as “Partially Shipped“, “Partially Packed”, “Partially delivered”, this is likely due to a split shipment and stock availability at our various warehouses.
3) You will be redirected to an external link to view the detailed progress of your shipments by clicking on the tracking number

CHARLES & KEITH Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a return?
We want you to love your CHARLES & KEITH purchase. Try them in the comfort of your home and if you are dissatisfied with the item(s), return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
** Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached
** In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or refunds on earrings unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent

** If you are returning an item from an order that came with a free Gift With Purchase (GWP) and the value of the order falls below the GWP qualifying amount after the return, the redeemed GWP must be returned as well. If the GWP is not returned, you will incur charges based on the market value of the GWP

How do I return an order that was purchased online?
** Our return policy is only applicable to any item(s) purchased online and delivered in India , within 15 days* of receiving your order.
** Items purchased in physical stores are not eligible for online returns.
** If you have checked out as a Guest, you may contact us via email at customers[AT]charleskeith.in or on live chat or call our hotline 1800 833 5350 for further assistance. Please indicate the subject title as: Return Request – Your Order Number, and our customer service team will assist you with the return process.
Note: If you have placed your orders before 10 April 2023, 11.30am (GMT +5.30) at charleskeith.com/in, your purchase history will no longer be visible under ‘My Account’ page, but rest assured all orders made will be processed. Should you require any further assistance with on your order(s), please contact our Customer Service team at customers[AT]charleskeith.in.

Step 1 : Log in to CHARLESKEITH.IN and view your order. Under My Purchases and Returns, select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and state the reason.
Step 2 : You will receive an email within 1 to 2 days on your request status.
Step 3 : Pack the item(s) into the original packaging
Step 4 : You will be notified via email once your parcel reaches us. Further instructions will be provided in the email.

How do I check on my return status?
To check on your return status, sign in to your account, head to My Account and select My Purchases & Returns. Your return status is reflected next to your Returns Request number.
Return Initiated : Your returns request has been received
Completed : Your returns request has been resolved

How do I check on my item refund status?
To check on your item refund status, sign in to your account and follow the steps:
** Head to My Account and select My Purchases & Returns.
** Go to ‘View order details’ and select ‘Check Return Status’.
** You will be redirected to ‘Return Details’ page to track your item refund status.
In Progress : Your returns request has been received
Refunded :Your refund request has been resolved
Rejected : Your refund request has been denied

When will I receive my refund?
** Refund will be processed with 24-48 hours of a return being picked up and may take up to 5-7 working days top reflect in the customers account..
** Please allow up to 7 working days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 7 working days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.
** Refunds will be based on the value of the merchandise as reflected on your invoice. Shipping and handling charges from your initial order will only be refunded if the return is due to a defective or wrong item.
** The refund will be issued by CHARLESKEITH.IN to your original payment method.
** We seek your understanding with delays to your refund caused by special events (e.g. online sales).

How do I make an exchange?
Exchanges are not allowed for items bought from online, however you can return and place a new order on the website based on the stock availability.
