Cradiac Bikes Shipping Policy

** All orders received on cardiac.com will be processed within 3 days and will be shipped post that. All orders will be shipped within 7 days from the day the order is placed.
** Currently, we deliver to all locations in India free of cost. Shipping will be carried out by trusted third-party partners. The expected delivery time for any location in India will be 7 to maximum 14 days.
** Due to any unforeseen circumstances or experiencing high volumes due to festivals, if we anticipate any delay in delivery, our support team will reach out to customers to update them about the delay.
** Once the product is shipped, an e-mail and SMS will be triggered to the customer about the status change.
** The tracking id and other shipment details can be checked in the ‘Orders’ section using which customers can track the shipment.

Cradiac Bikes Return Policy

** If you receive a product with defects or shipping damages, initiate a return online within 7 days of the delivery date. Ensure that the item is in its original, unused condition.
** Please be aware that Cradiac.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the item doesn’t meet the Return Policy guidelines. We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects.
** Should you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the item proves to be faulty within 7 days, initiate the return process on our website at cardiac.com/orders or contact customer care. Return pickup will be arranged based on your request.
** Upon receiving your return at our warehouse, we will conduct a thorough check and validation. Once approved, we’ll notify you by email, and your refund will be credited within 15 days.
** If the return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will reach out to you. Refunds Refunds will be processed to the original payment mode within 15 days.
** Please note that refund processing times are determined by the issuing bank and are beyond our control. For more information, consult your bank.
** If an item returned does not adhere to our Returns Policy, we reserve the right to deny a refund. Contact our Customer Care team for clarification on the validity of your return if you’re uncertain.
** As cash on delivery is not a payment option, no refunds will be issued as cash or demand drafts. Damaged Items If an item is damaged upon arrival, contact our Customer Care team immediately.

** All products must be returned in their original, unaltered, and unused condition. Include the invoice/warranty card in the package for the return process; returns without these will not be processed.

Note: Requests made after 7 days from the receipt date will not be entertained.

** Cancellation Customers can cancel orders anytime before delivery. Refunds will be initiated immediately, with customers receiving refunds to the original payment mode within 15 days.
** Exchange For issues such as receiving a different product/colour/variant or damage during shipment, report the issue via cardiac.com or contact customer support within 7 days.
** If an exchange is requested, return pickup will be initiated, and upon validation, the new product will be shipped immediately. Exchange requests will not be accepted beyond the 7-day window.
