TOTO Warranty Policy

1. TOTO INDIA INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD., warrants its products (Detail as mentioned below), to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service period that of as mentioned below, commencing from the Date of Purchase for Individual/Retail Customers/End Users usages. This warranty is extended strictly to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER. This warranty effects only within INDIA.

2. TOTO INDIA INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD.’s obligations under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement of TOTO PRODUCTS only, at COMPANY’S option, of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly installed and used in accordance with the INSTRUCTION MANUALS.

3. TOTO INDIA INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD., is not responsible for the cost of removal, return and/or reinstallation of products. This warranty does not include any Customs/Import Duties, Excise Duties, Central or State GST and other local taxes if applicable on the parts which the company may supply or repair free of cost during the warranty period.

4. This warranty does not apply to the following items:
** Damage or Loss sustained in a natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder, electrical storms, etc.
** Damage or loss resulting from any unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence or improper maintenance of the products.
** Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair or modification of the products.
** Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system (Hard Water).
** Damage or loss like Burnt-off of complete Unit due to Unstable Power Supply (Fluctuation of Voltage i.e. more than A.C. 220Volts), Power Supply Cable-Faults or Short-Circuit or Fire etc.
** Damage or loss resulting Burnt-Off (of A.C.220Volts items) or any other Defects for the Items of TOTO, purchased directly from outside of INDIA.
** Damage or loss resulting from improper installations or from installation of a unit in a harsh and/or hazardous environment(installation manuals available in every item boxes).
** Damage or loss due to usage of acidic and basic cleansing chemicals
** Damage or loss due to consumables parts (Battery, O-Ring, Gasket etc.) In the event that the same model or color is not available for replacement, TOTO INDIA INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. will replace the defective Product with an equivalent model or color.

5. In the event that the same model or color is not available for replacement, TOTO INDIA INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. will replace the defective Product with an equivalent model or color.
6. TOTO INDIA INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD., may, at its discretion, retain any part or component replaced during the period of warranty.
7. To obtain this Warranty, Customer should have ORIGINAL TAX BILL/INVOICE as received during purchasing of TOTO Products from TOTO or TOTO authorized outlet/Dealer as a proof of Date of Purchase.

What’S The Best Way To Clean My Cefiontect Product?
For regular cleaning of your CEFIONTECT product:
Do:
**Use a detergent or non-abrasive toilet cleaner.
**Neutral Detergent of “pH Value 7”
**Use a soft-bristled plastic brush to clean CEFIONTECT CERAMIC SURFACE of WC, Basin & Urinal

Don’t:
**Use cleansers, polishing powders or detergents that include gritty or coarse particles which might scratch the ceramic surface.
**Use acid or alkaline detergents or cleaners, which will damage the glossy ceramic surface.
**Use metal scrub brushes or steel wool to clean your CEFIONTECT products.

How To Resolve The Problem Of Volume Of The Spouted Water Is Too Low In Neorest Manual Flusing Toilet?
Do:
**Clean the stop valve filter.
**Change the battery box/replace the battery box.
REMARKS: – ALL NEOREST TOILETS MANUAL FLUSHING, CUSTOMER NEED TO CHANGE THE BATTERY AT EVERY 6 MONTHS.
