Hafsaad Cancellation Policy

** No cancellations on Ready to wear sarees and custom-made blouses and custom made products
** Some products go viral and get overbooked, which might cause a delay so no cancellations will be made because of a delay in delivery, kindly contact the team regarding duration before booking, once booked, products cannot be canceled

Hafsaad Return Policy

** We have a 3-day exchange policy in case of damages only, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
** Perception of quality is subjective, no exchange/returns will be entertained for this reason
** No exchange can be made for personal liking preferences of the product
** Product unpacking video is a must for initiating any kind of complaints
** To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
