Bong Trendz Shipping Policy

** Shipping charges are extra over and above the item price. We may publish various automatic or coupon code to give you extra benefits on shipping charges. Please note shipping charges are charged by our delivery partners for their service and not by Bong Trendz
** COD is allowed with limit to 4000 INR per order for a single customer on a particular delivery cycle. Restriction may apply on location and few items on which we may not offer COD even it is below the COD threshold.
** Any COD order placed which exceeds 4000 INR can be rejected and it is on discretion of the TBT team to fulfill or cancel the order.
** Only one order at a time will be fulfilled for customers placing 2 orders on COD whose total value exceeds 4000 INR and the other order will remain in queue to be fulfilled until the first order is received and paid and not returned within the designated time.
** All COD orders now goes under a COD order fulfillment compliance check based on the RTO history of the customer shared by the courier partner and fulfillment team will dispatch the orders of eligible customers only else cancel the order due to high risk of RTO to limit the direct loss to the company.
** Bong Trendz team reserves all rights to accept and fulfil any order which may deviates the above policies or can also reject any order without providing any reasons in either scenarios.
** Once the domestic order is placed, it takes 2 to 5 business days to dispatch after placing the order. Then 4 to 5 business days for it to get delivered depending on the shipping location and other conditions. The estimated time would be 6 to 10 working days or more approximately. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
** The shipping timelines may be affected due to other various conditions
** Once Order is placed it can be cancelled within 24 hours only.
** If order is being cancelled, the amount will be refunded after 2% deduction from the whole amount for restocking as there will be transaction fees that is charged by our payment partner.
** All returned order has to be shipped by customer to our address which will be provided on acceptance of the return shipment.
** Once the products received, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us .
** The amount refunded to you would be only for the products and not for other charges during purchase
** If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer has to make the extra payment for any changes in their address.
** If product is defective please contact us immediately and we will advise accordingly for review, return and refund and will be guided by our return and refund policies
** We provide free shipping offers from time to time which may or may not be clubbed with other discounts and offer to the website. Bong Trendz team reserve all rights to not allow to club 2 offers or void the offer for free shipping without providing any reasons

Bong Trendz Refund Policy

** Though we try our best to display the product pictures in its original color and state for your understanding of the material and work, we totally understand they may be little variation with the original product due to light and other factors and you may not like it after receipt.
** Also as you are ordering online you also may think that our return policy may be complicated. But trust us we try keep transparency as much as possible and simple return and refund policy.
** If you didn’t like the product or want to return it after receiving for any reason don’t worry. We have you covered.
** Please raise the return request or let us know as soon as possible, Please understand, It will really difficult for us to accept the return request after 7 days as it will mess our sales commit and reconciliation process.
** But still if its late, don’t worry, its not end of the world. Please do connect with us. We will see what we can do for you with best of our efforts.
** We trust you, but mishap may happen at our end too, during fulfillment or during transit by our courier partners. To avoid confusion we request you to create an item opening video and item checking video when you receive the product to be produced when requested in case of return.
** Hopefully most of the time you will like our product, and in that case please use those video to provide us a good review so that more people can buy from us confidently.
** As we need to sell the returned item to other customer we need to ensure that the product you are returning is in original condition else it will be a total loss for us. So please try to ensure the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags.
** In case you have used or worn the product but then you realize you did not like it after that, though we will not able to return the item in that case,.
** Before requesting a return, please chat with us and clarify your questions if any and we will try to assist you to best of our efforts
** Most of the cases your return will be accepted as we do not like unhappy customers and we believe in extended relationship. Few exception cases still applies where product received and that was sent does not match or the opening video and product checking videos shared by you does not match
** Do not forget to keep the gift and the vouchers (if any) with you in the package sent by us . Its for you and you don’t have to return it.
** If your return is accepted, our courier partner will reach out to you to collect the parcel. You have to handover the shipment verifying your name and phone number with the courier partner. That’s it, rest we will take care.
** But don’t send back an Items on your own as it will be impossible for us to keep track and we will be to able to accept it as a valid return. We will arrange someone to pick up from you and send us back.
** Returns other than damaged, wrong item or defective item for a order can only made once per order.

Bong Trendz Return Policy

** We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or you may also query us on our support email support[AT]bongtrendz.in or WhatsApp us at +91 89100 14911. We would be requesting you for the package opening videos and product inspecting videos if required mainly for defective, damaged and wrong item returns.
** A package opening video is mandatory for any returns
** For returns of non-defective items
** Returns made for nominal color mismatch with the product picture due to lighting and factors or you did not liked the product on receipt we may still accept your return.
** Deduction of charges incurred for reverse shipping charged by our courier partner will be charged from item value.
** A 2% restocking fee will be charged for return of non-defective product on the order value.
** We may provide you the evidence if required in such cases for such charges we paid.
