1 Hair Stop Shipping & Delivery Policy

** 1 Hair Stop provides free shipping across India on all orders above ₹1,000. All of the packages are shipped out from our manufacturing unit in Hyderabad, India.

** Since we are manufacturers and have our own manufacturing units from our parent company Hritik Exim, we do not rely on anyone for the products we supply. All of the hair packaged out is thoroughly checked multiple times, to ensure that there won’t be any chances of return.

** It takes 1-5 business days to process your order and if it’s any of the clip-in sets/ volumizers it takes 3-4 weeks to process (unless specified otherwise) and we ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery but do process orders even on Saturdays.

** Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Shipping Policy :
** To ship our packages we use express shipping. All orders take 1-2 weeks to process and if it’s any of the clip-in sets/ volumizers, it may take 3-4 weeks to process. All international orders require 4-6 weeks of processing time. Shipping confirmation and tracking are available via email as soon as your order ships.

** If any domestic shipments are returned back to us for reasons like customer unavailable, wrong/ incomplete shipping details or customer rejected the parcel, there will be a deduction of ₹200 and a store credited is issued for the remaining balance.

International Orders :
** 1 Hair Stop is not responsible for any fees (customs fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
** All our international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Hyderabad, India. This means that these fees are not included in the price of your purchase on our website. Therefore, you may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery.
** This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by 1 Hair Stop. The charges need to be paid in order to collect the package.
** We are NOT liable for any shipments rejected by the customer and will not be accepting any returns for them.

1HS Returns & Exchanges Policy

** for domestic customers only
** No returns/exchanges for international customers.
** At 1 Hair Stop, we are pleased to offer our customers the option to make returns if they meet certain criteria. To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original, unmodified condition, within 7 days of delivery. If you’re eligible, a store credit is issued for the returned item, no refunds.
** To initiate a return or exchange, we kindly ask that you use our designated returns center. This will ensure that your request is processed promptly and efficiently.
** Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges through any other means. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service to our valued customers.

1 Hair Stop Cancellation Policy

** We accept modifications in the order or shipping address if mentioned within 24 hours of placing the order, only if emailed on care[AT]1hairstop.in. However, we cannot promise a modification in the order as our order processing starts once the order is received.
** Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours only but a store credit is issued when cancelled, not a refund. If there is a sale that’s announced, no cancellations will be made to avail the sale. We can process the store credit after the sale ends.

During Sale :
** No cancellations or changes will be done once the items are purchased under sale.
** There will be no returns or exchanges valid on any of the items purchased on sale.
** No previous orders will be cancelled to avail the sale.
