Below are the Returns and Refund policy of BPIN Private Limited
** BPIN Private Limited will not accept any returns nor initiate any refunds on purchase of any product under any circumstances.
** All products are covered under warranty as per the Warranty Card / Letter provided with the product. Replacement / Repair if any, will be done as per the policy mentioned on the warranty card / Letter.
** However, under exceptional circumstances, the customer can contact the company’s customer support team who shall, after due verification of proof and based on other considerations deal with the issue on a case to case basis.
** For the sake of clarity, such considerations shall be made at Blaupunkt India’s sole discretion.
** It must be noted that Blaupunkt India shall not be liable for the cost of return/insurance for the postage/courier. This shall entirely be the customer’s responsibility and cost.
** In case of any legal dispute the same will be under Mumbai Jurisdiction.
