Aditri Shipping & Delivery Policy
** For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
** Aditri Handcrafts And Handlooms Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any delay in delivery OR any loss /damage to the products in transit by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
** Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

Aditri Cancellation & Refund Policy
Aditri Handcrafts And Handlooms Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
** Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
** Aditri Handcrafts And Handlooms Pvt. Ltd. does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
** In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of the products.
** In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
** In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
** In case of any Refunds approved by the Aditri Handcrafts And Handlooms Pvt. Ltd., it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Aditri Purchase & Payment
How do I make a purchase?
Create a login ID with your registered email. Follow the instructions sent on your email and verify the link. Enter password. Save the credentials. Select an item (s) of your choice. Add to ‘Shipping Cart’. Check final list of products and their values. Fill in the correct address with pin code and phone number. Proceed towards payment. Enter your credit card details to initiate the payment procedure. An email will be directed towards your registered email ID with complete bill details.
Why Can’t I Find a COD?
Currently, Aditri is at a developmental phase. We regret we cannot offer ‘Cash on Delivery’ (CoD) at the moment. However, stay tuned to this space for more updates.
I am unable to initiate a transaction. What should I do?
Please check your credit card number, and passwords entered. Ensure your Caps Lock is not on. Alternatively, if your problem persists, please contact the bank and email us a screen shot of the message error to: contactus[AT]aditri.co.in
Is using a Credit Card or a Debit Card safe on your website?
All payments are secure on the website. We accept all kinds of cards. Use your credit card / debit card number and enter the card verification code. Follow the details and steps mentioned on your screen.
Note: Please do not share your bank details such as passwords or credit card numbers via email or phone. We use trusted payment gateways.
Is my card information stored on Aditri.com?
Your personal information and credit / debit card information is not stored on our website. We do not access / store your credit card information or number.
I received a call from the company requesting my personal information. What should I do?
Our company does not authorize any of our employees to request personal information and banking-related information via phone, SMS, or email. Kindly do not entertain such calls or share personal information.
Why is an item Out of Stock? How can I order it?
Out of Stock simply indicates the particular item is sold. You can select checkbox for ‘Inform me when the item is back in stock.’ You will receive intimation once we replace the same. However, we cannot guarantee an identical product as every creation is different and handcrafted.
Is there an APP for shopping?
We do not have an APP yet. However, keep watching this space for more updates.
Aditri Exchange & Returns
I think my product is damaged. What is your return policy?
Aditri handpicks each and every creation to ensure you receive only high-quality products. In the unfortunate event if your product is found damaged upon receipt, the same concern must be raised by the buyer within 3 days of product delivery. Photographs must be emailed to contactus[AT]aditri.co.in .
The product will be picked up after our customer care team takes cognizance of the issue and the price tags are intact. The amount will be reflected in your account for your next purchase. The procedure may take 5 – 7 working days. Some items such as cosmetics or personal hygiene products cannot be returned.
Note: All items must be in new condition, unused, with original tags. Customers must inform the company within 3 working days else the request will be rejected. Merchandise that has been worn or used is not eligible for exchange and returns.
I changed my mind. I want to return the product for another color.
Product once purchased cannot be returned unless if damaged upon delivery. Please ensure you pick the appropriate shade, size, quantity, and read product descriptions before you select the ‘Buy’ button. Help us to help serve you better.
Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale.” Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

How can I cancel my order?
Please login to your account with the registered email ID and password. Select ‘My Account’ and check the number of orders. Select the item you wish to cancel. The same will be reflected on the screen. However, you can check the Return and Exchange policy in case of product dispatch.
Note: Order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
I have cancelled my order. How do I initiate a refund?
Once your cancellation is accepted, an email will be sent to your registered email ID. Your amount will be credited into your account with aditri.co.in and can be used for further purchases on the site.
