GLAM STORY is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book-post or Speed-post.

** We Offer FREE Shipping within INDIA on Prepaid orders and FREE Reverse pickups in India.
** We deliver across India and use reliable courier services for delivery. You will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
** Cash on Delivery – COD is available at Rs. 99/- per order and the cart value cannot exceed INR 10,000/-

** Any custom charges, brokerage fee or any taxes applicable by the destination country will be borne by the customer and GLAM STORY will not be responsible for it. Also, Liquids are classified as prohibited items by the receiving countries government, hence paints cannot be shipped as they will be held by Customs.

Glam Story Return & Exchange Policy
i. Glam Story allows product exchange for the same or above the amount of the purchased order. We help you pick the perfect footwear size by following universally prevalent size standards. If you would still like to exchange your pair for a different size or pair, please inform us via email care[AT]glamstory.co.in within 7 days from the time of the product delivery. The product should reach us in its original shape and packaging. Your exchange request will not be entertained in case the product is damaged, torn or used.
ii. The Pairs can be exchanged for another size. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value or higher.
iii. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
** Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
** Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
** Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
** Product is used or altered.
** If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery.
** Free product provided by brand.
iv. We do not entertain exchanges on International orders.
v. We do not allow refunds of orders once placed.

How do I select the right Size?
We follow standard European sizes. All our styles are designed according to established industry standards for fit and sizing. We recommend selecting your regular size in all our styles. However, some customers may prefer going up a size in Brogues due to the shape of the shoe. If the shoes feel a bit snug, that’s alright as they will take the shape of your foot over time. The more you wear them, the more they mould themselves to you and the more comfortable they get. You can take a look at our size chart here.
Will the shoe open up once I wear them?
Yes! Our juttis have a snug fit, but they will expand ever so slightly within a few hours of wearing. The jutti usually will take the shape of your feet for a more relaxed fit. The Sliders, Mules, Sandles are true to size and shall not expand.
Can I exchange my product for another one?
Yes! We offer a one-time complimentary pickup for exchanges across India. All you have to do is, fill and submit your exchange form or send us an email at care[AT]glamstory.co.in mentioning : Your order number, reason for exchange and the product you would like in its place. We will then schedule a reverse pickup, and once it reaches our warehouse, we will dispatch your exchange order. For more information on exchanges, you may refer to our returns and exchange policy.
Can I return a product and get full refund?
We do not offer refunds. However, you can get store credits for your product which is redeemable at glamstory.co.in website only.
What are the terms and conditions for Shipping?
We offer free shipping and cash on delivery on order below 10K across India.
Orders placed in India as well as outside India are catered by reliable courier services such as like Fed Ex, Bluedart, Aramex, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express.
How long does Delivery take?
We usually take 24-48 hours to get your orders ready for dispatch. Once dispatched, it should reach you within 3-4 business days depending on your location in India. Our team will get in touch with you in case of any further delays. International deliveries will take up to 5-6 business days. Please note: These delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners. Delays during festivals & National Holidays aren’t uncommon.
How do I clean Juttis or fabric based footwear if they get dirty?
You can clean the shoes with a brush and soapy water and leave them out to dry in the sun. In case of tough stains, the shoes are safe to dry-clean using white petrol. For more details on caring for your product, you may refer to our Product care guide.
How do I store the footwear so that they last long?
Always store your shoes wrapped in a cloth, preferably a muslin cloth or dust bag, and keep them in a closed box along with the silica gel pack provided. Make sure the shoes are free of moisture, to avoid the growth of fungus over time.
