Mivi Shipping Policy

** We provide free shipping for all products. For COD orders, Rs. 49 is charged as COD Fees.
** All orders placed with mivi.in would be shipped through the delivery partners associated with us.
** All products readily available in stock would be shipped within 24 hours of placing the orders.
** Our aim is to ensure that all products listed on our website are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.

Mivi Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations request cannot be accommodated once the order enters the shipping process, however you can refuse the product at the time of delivery, so that it returns back to us and a refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

7 Day Return Policy:
All products purchased on mivi.in must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund if you are not satisfied with the same. However, you will have to ship it on your own expenses to the below address:

** To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It should be in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase/Invoice.
** The refund will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories.
** No refund will be processed if we receive products with missing accessories, product with tampered packaging or if we find any signs of damage like scratches or signs of usage on the product.
** You will be sent an email notification once the testing of the product is complete and is approved for refund.
** Refund will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order except for cash on delivery (COD) orders. For order placed using cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option, the refund will be issued as Mivi store credit.

Mivi Warranty Claim Procedure

Mivi provides 1 year warranty on all the products sold by it. However, the warranty claim remains voided in any of the below cases
** The product is not operated according to the instructions given in the instruction manual.

** In case of any damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorised persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, water logging in the product, non-specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use, defects developed by due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God.

** The warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period of 12 Months (as determined by proof of purchase), even if the product is not in use during the warranty period for any reason.
** Deterioration or peeling of the colour of the product due to normal wear & tear or usage.
** Issues pertaining to look & feel of the product, dim display under sunlight, low sound quality due to accumulation of dust or dirt.

Step 1: Warranty claim procedure starts with customers submitting the Warranty Claim form on Mivi help center (https://zurl.co/0Cog). Once a form is submitted a ticket is generated for the customer service team to work on.
Step 2: The customer service team will review the information provided by the customer and arrange for a reverse pickup if the product qualifies for warranty within 24-48 hours of ticket being raised.
Step 3: Once a pickup is arranged, the product gets picked up from the customer within 24-48 hours.
Step 4: The product gets delivered to our warehouse within 3-5 business days. Customers can track the delivery of their product on the courier website. Once the product reaches our warehouse, an email notification confirming the same will be sent to the customer.
Step 5: Once we receive the product, it will be moved to the testing team for repair within 24 hours. customers will receive an email notification when their product moves to this stage.

Step 6
: The testing team identifies the cause of the defect/issue with the product and based on the their finding approves the product for the warranty claim by repairing/replacing the product based on the manufacturing guidelines.

This process generally takes 5-7 business days as it involves identification and fixing the issue along with testing the reworked product before dispatching to the customer. Customer will be sent an email notification once the issue is resolved and testing of the product is completed.

Step 7
: Within 24hours of repair and testing is completed, the product gets packed and is shipped back to the customers. An email notification is sent to the customer with the tracking details and the customer can track the delivery on the courier website.
Step 8: Once the package is delivered to the customer, the warranty claim process is closed by sending a confirmation email of the same.
