Muscle Garage Shipping & Delivery Policy

The products listed on the website musclegarage.co.in/ deliver across India to all metros and certain non-metro cities. Please check the delivery locations before placing the order. We have tied-up with a reliable logistics partner to ensure the delivery of non-perishable items across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it is beyond our control.

Shipping Time :
Shipments take place on all days (Monday to Saturday) except Sundays and public holidays. i will be delivered 3-5 days. Shipment Delay :

Do not Accept any product which seems to be tampered by the courier services.

4. Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement for the product.

** We won’t be able to accept any return/replacement if the above points are not being followed.

** Since ingredients of BCAA’s, Pre-workout and certain other dietary supplements are hygroscopic in nature, they’ll tend to form lumps. However, the supplement is completely safe to consume. We would recommend shaking the product vigorously to break down the clumps which would help them to dissolve in the water. ** You may use Credit cards/Debit cards, Internet Banking, e-wallet and Cash on Delivery to make your purchase.
** Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, we confirm receipt of the order and begin processing it.

** You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the MG Online receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected dispatch or delivery time.

** You will also be notified when the item(s) are shipped to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).
** You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the ‘My Account’ section

Muscle Garage Tracking Orders

** In the My Account page, click on the ‘My Orders’ link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the ‘Order Number’ link.
** A SMS and email is sent when the order is Ready to Ship / Shipped. Kindly check the SPAM and do not mark the emails in spam to receive the continuous notification.
** All items that have the “Cash on Delivery Available” icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery. Additional charges may apply for Cash of Delivery, however the same shall be included in the final Checkout page.
** Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select “Pay By Cash on Delivery”. Enter the name and contact details of the person who would be receiving the COD order.
