Selection of LPG Distributors for Indira Gas

The applicant fulfilling the following basic minimum eligibility criteria can apply for a registered distributorship license and start their own business at the earliest.

Eligibility Criteria :
** The applicant should be a resident of India.
** The applicant shall be minimum matriculate or recognized equivalent as per any educational Board recognized in India.
** The applicant should be a minimum 18years of age.
** The applicant should have minimum land of 10000 sq. feet of area for building godown for the storage of filled LPG cylinders.
** The applicant should be financially sound.
** The applicant should not have any criminal record.
** The applicant should have basic Identity documents.

Important Documents :
Personal Documents:
** ID Proof:- Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter Card, Driving License.
** Address Proof:- Electricity Bill/Raion Card.
** Photograph, Email ID, Phone No.
** Educational Certificates (Minimum 10th ).

Approvals from different Authorities:
** Fire Safety NOC.
** Trade licence form Respective authority.
** PESO (Petroleum & Explosive Department) License for cylinder storage.
** GST Certificate.
** Registration Certificate from weights and measures with respect to weighing scale at Godown.

Property Documents:
** All property documents.
** Lease agreement ( optional )
** Sales Deed ( Optional )
** NOC ( if required )
