Shipping Policy of GAS Jeans
Shipping Confirmation emails :
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Order Tracking link in the footer of every page on this site or by logging in to My Account and going to My Orders.
Shipping in multiple packages :
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which are shipped from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
Tracking your order :
There are three easy ways to track your order:
Click on the Order Tracking link on the footer of each page.
Log in to My Account and go to the My Orders section. From there you will be able to choose which order you’d like to view, and you will have an option to track the order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the tracking number.
Delivering your packages :
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
Returns Policy of GAS Jeans
GAS Jeans follows a “30 day no questions asked” return policy. Every return should contain the original packaging. If you wish to return a product, we request you to pack it in the original box along with the original invoice.
Damaged / Defective Product :
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 30-day Return Policy is applicable to all products sold on www.gasjeans.in (“Website”).
While damaged or defective footwear are also covered under the 30-day Return Policy; You can initiate a return under the 30-day Return Policy in case a damaged or defective product is delivered to you or if you are not satisfied with the product or the fit.
Product specific policies :
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them in.
Please understand that we cannot accept returns under the following instances:
** Damages due to use or misuse of product
** Products with tampered or missing serial or UPC numbers or labels
** Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
** Given the current world health situation and safety concerns, masks and inner wear would be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
After inspection we will confirm if the merchandise is in acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 3 working days after we receive the shipment.
Upon confirmation, as per the return policy, we will refund the amount back to you via the same channel with which you made the payment.

You can find our size guide on each product description page under the ‘Size Guide’ tab.
Why can’t I find my size?
If the size you are looking for does not appear in the ‘Select Size’ drop down menu, the item is currently out of stock for the required size. We only display available stock on our website.
Why does nothing happen when I click ‘buy now’?
This could be happening due to a connection error. Do I have to pay a delivery charge?
There’s no applicable delivery charge. You do not have to pay for the delivery. However, please note, GAS Jeans has the right to claim shipping/delivery charges for certain items at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion.
Can I have my order delivered to store?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver products to stores as of now.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address on orders once the checkout process has been completed. Hence, we request you to carefully check your order before clicking ‘buy now’.
How long will my delivery take?
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Estimated delivery time is provided at the time of placing the order on the checkout page. All delivery times are estimated and are based on working days, this excludes weekends and public holidays.
Why has my order not been dispatched?
This could be because we are currently replenishing our stock. If the item becomes available, it will be dispatched as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email. If stock is no longer available, your order will be cancelled. Alternatively, if you paid via bank transfer please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed.
Will this item come back into stock?
We are unable to provide exact dates for if or when an item will be restocked in our stores or online. However, we endeavour to make the items available as soon as possible.
Why has my order been cancelled?
We are sorry if we’ve been unable to fulfil your order. Once an order is received, it is entered into our dispatch database. However, on rare occasions the stock for your order may no longer be available and may result in the order being cancelled. You will not be charged for orders that have been cancelled and if you believe that you have been charged, please contact us.
Please note that we are unable to offer alternative items, therefore if the product is no longer available, the item will be cancelled from your order. If the order/item was part of a promotional offer, this could result in the promotion no longer applying to your order.
Can I return my order?
You may return the product by placing a return request within 30 days.

How long will the return take?
Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of your goods at our warehouse for the return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed with a new tracking number for exchanged goods or a refund receipt.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order or some items in your order before we bill and ship the items. As a part of our usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. In case of orders that have already being dispatched, COD orders can be returned at the doorstep and prepaid orders will have to be cancelled on the website since the amount would be deducted upon dispatch.
