Saregama Carvaan and its entire range (Carvaan, Carvaan Mini, Carvaan Go, Carvaan Musicbar & Carvaan Mobile) come with a warranty.
Carvaan: 1 Year warranty
Carvaan Mini: 6 months warranty
Carvaan Go: 6 months warranty
Carvaan Musicbar: 1 Year warranty
Carvaan Mobile: 1 Year warranty

** In case there is any issue found in the product, the same can be reported on our toll free number: 18001027799, Whatsapp on 8657499000 or write to us at feedback[AT]saregama.com. A relevant action will be taken according to the issue reported.

** Refund is allowed only in a scenario if a wrong product or a damaged product has been received by the customer ordered via saregama.com. The refund will be credited back in the same account/ mode which was used to make the payment. In case of a COD, customer is required to send the bank / online payment details for refund.
