** In the course of using this website or availing the products and services vide the online application forms and questionnaires, Meghalaya Rural Bank may become privy to the personal information of its Customers, including information that is of a confidential nature.
** Meghalaya Rural Bank is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its Customers and has taken all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the Customer information and its transmission through the world wide web and it shall not be held liable in any manner for disclosure of the confidential information in accordance with this Privacy Commitment or in terms of the agreements, if any, with the Customers or by reasons beyond its control.
** Meghalaya Rural Bank endeavours to safeguard and ensure the security of the information provided by the Customer. Meghalaya Rural Bank uses 128-bit encryption, for the transmission of the information, which is currently the permitted maximum level of encryption in India.
** The Customer would be required to cooperate with the Meghalaya Rural Bank in order to ensure the security of the information, and it is recommended that the Customers use 128-Bit encryption and must necessarily choose their passwords carefully such that no unauthorized access is made by a third party.
** To make the password complex and difficult for other to guess, the Customers should use a combination of alphabets, numbers and special characters like !, [AT], #, $ etc. The Customers should not disclose their password(s) to anyone or keep any written or other record of the password(s) such that a third party could access it.
** Meghalaya Rural Bank undertakes not to disclose the information provided by the Customers to any person, unless such action is necessary to:

** The Customers shall not disclose to any other person, in any manner whatsoever, any information relating to Meghalaya Rural Bank of a confidential nature obtained in the course of availing the services through the website. Failure to comply with this obligation shall be deemed a serious breach of the terms herein and shall entitle Meghalaya Rural Bank to terminate the services, without prejudice to recover any damages, to which the Customer may be liable.

1.How can I register for M Banking?
** You can visit branch for linking your mobile number, verification of KYC and activation of Mobile Banking services.
** You can then register for Mobile Banking just by clicking ‘New Registration’ followed by entering the information sought. You have to create 4 digit MPIN (Mobile PIN for logging on to App) and TPIN (Transaction PIN for authorising financial transactions) to register.
2.What will happen if I change my mobile number in my account?
The newly updated mobile number will be updated in mobile banking automatically.
3.What if I lose my MPIN / TPIN?
No need to worry, you can create a fresh MPIN / TPIN at any point of time by clicking on ‘Forget MPIN’.
4.What all transaction can I make in a Bank account?
You can transfer funds to your own accounts linked to profile and also any other Bank account via NEFT/RTGS. You can also query for your account statements of all account linked to your profile.
5.Can I make a fund transfer to any other Bank?
Indeed, you can! M Banking Application is loaded with NEFT / RTGS for other Bank Fund Transfer transactions.
6.Can I take the account statement of any of my account?
Yes! The new application provides you the facility to generate the account statement and you can choose to view the statement on device.
