Refund & Cancellation Policy of Jio Institute

Refund and Cancellation policy for PGP Programmes (2024-25)
A. Application Fee :
** Application Fee and applicable GST to be paid at the time of submission of online application form
** Application Fee and applicable GST to be paid on Jio Institute Admission portal.
** Application Fee and applicable GST are non-refundable.

B. Admission Fee :
** Admission Fee and applicable GST are to be paid upon receipt of Provisional Admission Offer Letter.
** Admission Fee and applicable GST to be paid on Jio Institute Student Management portal.
** Admission Fee and applicable GST are non-refundable.

C. First Instalment Fee for Quarter 1 and 2:
**Candidates to pay Quarter 1 and 2 fee (First Instalment Fee and applicable GST) after receipt of Final Admission Offer Letter.
** First Instalment Fee and applicable GST to be paid on Jio Institute Student Management portal.
** First Instalment and applicable GST will be refunded completely, if such a request is received on or before commencement of the programme.
** First Instalment and applicable GST will be non-refundable if such a request is received after the commencement of the programme.
** Late Fee/ Late payment charges of ₹5,000 will be levied if the fee is received after the last date for payment as specified in the offer letter.
** Admission Offer Letter will be withdrawn if the fee is not received within 7 days of the expiry of the fee payment deadline.

D. Second Instalment Fee for Quarter 3 and 4:
** Candidates to pay Quarter 3 and 4 fee (Second Instalment Fee and applicable GST) before the commencement of Quarter 3 for academic session of 2024-25.
** Second Instalment Fee and applicable GST to be paid on Jio Institute Student Management portal.
** Late Fee/ Late payment charges of ₹5,000 will be levied if the fee is received after the last date for payment.
** Second Instalment and applicable GST are non-refundable.
** Enrolment to the programme may be cancelled if the fee is not received with 15 days of the expiry of the fee payment deadline.
In case of extenuating circumstances, all deductions may be waived off by the competent authorities on compassionate grounds.
