Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy of Magic Decor

Interpretation :
The following conditions apply to the meanings of words with capitalized first letters. The definitions below must have the same meaning whether written in the singular or plural.

Definitions :
This Return and Refund Policy applies to:
** The Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to PRINTPANDA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, E/47, Inside Infocity Campus Infocity, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751024.
** The term “goods” refers to the items for sale on the Service.
** Orders are requests from you to purchase Goods from Us.
** The Website is considered a service.
** The website refers to Magicwall, which can be found at magicdecor.com.
** You refers to the person accessing or using the service, or, if applicable, the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such person is accessing or using the service.

Cancellation Policies :
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order before your product is manufactured. There will be no cancellations once you have approved the design proof provided by our design team. Cancellations are not permitted on sample orders or installation kit orders. All cancellations will be handled by the return policies described below. You must provide us with a clear statement of your decision to exercise your right to cancel.

Return Policy :
You must bear the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please send the goods to the address below: E/47, Inside Infocity Campus Infocity, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751024. We are not liable for damaged or lost goods during the return shipment. As a result, we recommend that you use an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund until we receive the Goods or proof of return delivery. For the Goods to be returnable, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
** The items were delivered within the last 7 days.
** Everything is still in its original packaging.
** Goods damaged in transit.

The following items are not returnable:
** Goods manufactured to your specifications or customized.
** The supply of goods that, by definition, cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiry date.
** The supply of unsealed after delivery is not returnable due to health or hygiene concerns.
** The delivery of goods that are inextricably mixed with other items due to their nature.
** Customized wallpapers with approved digital proof by the customer can’t be returned as an out entire collection is manufactured on demand.

Refund Policies :
We will refund the full amount within 14 – 21 days of receiving the returned product. There will be no transaction fees and the money will be refunded using the same payment method that you used to place the order. Please double-check that the product meets your expectations before installing it; we do not reimburse installation or any other associated costs.

When you purchase from magicdecor.com, there are NO hidden fees. All of the prices listed are final and all-inclusive. The price shown on the product page is the price you will pay.

Is there any COD available?

Due to internal policies, magicdecor.com does not offer a Cash On Delivery service.

How does store credit works?

Any available store credit in your account can be used to pay for wallpaper orders placed on magicdecor.com. Please keep in mind that store credit cannot be used to purchase sample orders.

magicdecor.com claims to offer free shipping throughout India. Every mural purchased is unique and printed on demand. Every order is treated as a custom order to ensure that the image quality, width-to-height ratio, and material quality meet your specifications.

magicdecor.com is committed to delivering your order in good condition and within the time frame specified. Except for Sundays and public holidays, we ship seven days a week. We only ship through reputed courier agencies to ensure that your order arrives in good condition and on time. If a priority courier service is not available in your area, we will ship your items through one of our regular shipping partners.

How is the delivery charge for multiple units calculated?

Each product’s shipping cost is specified separately. When multiple products are ordered, the program totals all individual shipping charges. Thus, if a customer orders three products, the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product is charged. When a customer orders multiple products, the delivery fee is calculated separately.

Our prices include everything. All taxes are included in the list prices if applicable in your region. There will be an additional shipping charge.

How long does it take to deliver an order?

Orders are processed within three working days or by the delivery date specified by you when you place your order. The majority of orders are delivered within 7 to 8 business days. All orders will be delivered to the address specified by you when you placed your order.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

If you believe you received the product in poor condition, or if the packaging was tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person. Please also email us at support[AT]magicdecor.com or click here to contact us. We will personally see to it that you receive a brand-new replacement at no extra charge. When returning a product, please ensure that the original product tag and packaging are still intact.
