Return & Refund Policy In Worldmart

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returnable :
** All returns must be postmarked within Seven (7) days of the delivered date, You may return the Product if it is damaged, defective or is not in working condition, or if parts of the Product or accessory is missing, or if the Product delivered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on Worldmart.

** In addition to the aforementioned conditions, we will accept the return if you keep the Products in its original condition, along with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

Return Process :
Worldmart Standard Return Policies are only applicable to the products purchased by you directly from www.worldmarts.in website.

1. For Return and Replacement Customer need to send an email to support [AT] worldmarts.in for returns and Replacement request.

2. Customer need mentioning the order number in subject and the brief about the issue and send photos and video for product conformation.

3. After conformation of product Our Return department will Approve your return request.

4. Our Return department will not process your return without over confirmation.

5. After receiving the returned package, our Return department will process the Return as well as inspect the returned items. we will process your return or exchange,

7. Worldmart reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.

8. No warranty will be given if the product is damaged or the design / shape changes after use (applicable with lithium batteries). Batteries which get swollen are not eligible for replacement.

Refund Payment Policy In Worldmart

** After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.

** Please allow at least three or four (3-4) days from the receipt of your item to process your Refund.

** If order delivered to you, Courier charges and 10% Restoration charge will be detected from total amount.

** Refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or your bank account / as Google Pay / Phone pay / Other (in case of Pay on Delivery orders).
