Seller Protection Policies :
FleAffair’s policies are intended to

** Learning about FleAffair’s policies will help you avoid breaking rules (including the law) and aid you in trading with reliable, trustworthy buyers and sellers.

Payment Confirmation :
** Payment confirmation shall mean a notice from FleAffair to buyer and seller that a transaction price is successfully received by FleAffair from buyer.
** Payment confirmation shall also be notified on the Website under the “Activity -> Bought” section of the User’s account.

Dispatch Time :
** The seller shall provide dispatch details for the shipment within the timeline as per the handling time mentioned in the listing page.
** In case the seller does not enter dispatch details within this specified dispatch time, FleAffair may refund the transaction price to the buyer.
Delivery Time :
** The Delivery time is a timeline within which the seller shall be required to ensure the delivery of goods and/or services.
** The delivery time is calculated from the time the seller enters the dispatch details on the Website and delivery is required to be within 5 days of doing so.

Buyer confirmation :
** The buyer is given 48 hours after the item delivery timeline to confirm receipt of the item.
** If he has not received the item, the buyer may raise a refund claim within 48 hours.

Contesting a refund claim :
** When a seller is notified of the buyer raising a refund claim for non-receipt of the item while the seller had delivered the item, the seller needs to contact FleAffair within 48 hours of such notification with a copy of the Proof of Delivery (POD).
** FleAffair would then investigate the dispute and action as per evidence on record. FleAffair’s decision on the dispute will be final.

Cancellation :
** In case of any Cancellation, entire amount will be refunded via same source within 7 ~ 10 working days.

Taxes :
** If any extra local/state or country tax (international shipments) are applicable they would have to be paid by the buyer.
** FleAffair will not be responsible for paying those taxes at any point of time.
