PIL Italica Lifestyle Limited offers an Easy return policy within 24 hours on completion of delivery for all its products for the following reasons;

** The returns are accepted only if we are intimated in writing within 24 hours of delivery / installation.

** Our customer support team will call you within 48 hours and initiate the collection of the product as soon as the refund request is validated by us.
** Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of pickup. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account. The refund amount will be equal to the paid amount for an item
