I am facing too much problem with my network. Call dropping and network busy happens almost every time when I make a call. I never expect my call to be reached on first time. I say that your network do not work properly when electricity cut. This problem is been for last one month but no any solution.
This is regarding payment to my postpaid mobile no.
Your bill No.366129691232 for Rs.532-00 due on 5-8-2016 was paid by me vide my cheque no.079344 dt.27-7-2016 (from my firm name:Rachana)and the same has been honored by bank on 2-8-2016. Still, in the bill for the month of August,ie Your bill no.366169779753 dt.18-8-16,the above amount has been shown as unpaid and I am getting SMS to pay this amount with Rs.100/- as fine. The current bill is due on 5-9-2016 only. My approach to the collection centre is not futile and he is not able to help me. Please let me know as to how much amount I have to pay for the current month ie for the period 18-7-2016 to 17-8-2016 and what is the position of my previous payment of Rs.532/-.
Wrong SMS of bill generation came from company and on dt 12 Aug of Rs.179.
Now bill shows of Rs.352.

My complaint is 36 rupees deducted from my reliance no. 9555116826 and I want to call custumer care but the line always busy.
Your service is very bad. Your customer care executive are not able to resolve any kind of problems. My problem with the 26 rs pack which is not working after recharging.

Reliance 4g upgrades net 4g network fraud
My post paid wireless land phone No. is 3298642. My home town is Vatakara in Kerala state. I have been using this phone for more than seven years with out any problems. Now they says that I have to change to 4g and demand money for the change over. Why?

Reliance company is fraud. I am a user of reliance prepaid connection my main account balance detected unnecessary and when balance deducted their customer cares block the user because I face this problem every month twice or three times. I think we all customers move on to Vodafone,airtel extras . Because reliance does not give good service to customers.
