3 time I have complained on you website… You are claiming that you will call back within 24 hours.. But still no reply… Kindly do the needful.

I posted a courier from Pune To Hyderabad. After 3 days I tracked the status of a courier. It was showing the status of the return. The status page was showing two numbers. Pune Office and Hyderabad Office. I called Hyderabad office, they said the delivery area is not serviceable. And we are not responsible for this. Call to the Pune Office.
Then I called to Pune Office they said, we haven’t booked this Please call to another office in Pune.
I called to that office. I asked him about it. He very rudely replied that “Yes, we have taken the parcel and it is causing 4 days of delay. And you have only made 4 calls to reach me which is very less. you may need to make 10 calls. and you should keep the phone now.”
The guy was Bhavesh Jameria from Sant Tukaram Paduka Chowk, FC Road, Pune office.

My AWD number is 260800011676. I am very much disappointed with TCS Tirupati Courier Services and would recommend to the concerned department and ministry to shut down this company on priority. Please go through my serious evidence against TCS point by point.
1. Your Bangalore team is inexperienced and having bad behaviour with their cheap kind of professionalism. The above consignment was booked on 28th July from Dwarka (New Delhi) and was not delivered till 6th July. So I called on the given contact number i.e. 9916260268. The person told me that I was not available at my residence and didn’t received call. So parcel has returned back to office and ‘YOU WILL HAVE TO COME TO COLLECT THE SAME’ as we don’t deliver out of city area.
2. When I checked the status of my parcel online, It was showing “DELIVERED”. How ?
3. Why your boy (Kammanhalli branch in-charge) asked me to come to office to collect the item?
4. Same day I called him that I will be reaching within 15-20 min and hired a taxi to reach your office. When I reached your office, he was busy with playing video games over system and even didn’t offer me to sit. In front of me he called his delivery boy over phone that when you are reaching this office.
I was shocked that my parcel was with the delivery boy and he will come only after finishing his today’s job. I shouted on him. Few of the people came and they assured me that my parcel will be delivered by today (6th Aug) evening.
But…
5. Your cheap fellow made a challenge with me and other people that “at any cost I am not going to deliver the parcel”
(It was RAKHI)
** Is this the way your team react with your customer?
** Do you know the power of customers, media, consumer forum and social media?
** Are you ready to suffer legal action as well as local petition?
** Do you know the appointment procedures of your staff?
** Do you know the result of this kind of ‘IGNORANCE’ and ‘NEGLIGENCE’?
I need a proper justification with root cause.
a. Why status was showing ‘DELIVERED’
b. Why your team asked a customer to collect his parcel from its local office?
c. If it was delivered, why your person asked me to collect from its office?
d. Why this person is still in job?
e. What kind of compensation I can recommend with consumer forum or in Judiciary ?
