I want to activate ECS/AutoPay in my policy. What is the process and TAT?
Registration for ECS/Auto Pay for your Kotak Life policy has just got easier. Choose any of the below modes to register the ECS/Auto Pay facility for your policy.

1. WhatsApp – Send a “Hi” via WhatsApp on 93210 03007 (from registered mobile number) or click on bit.ly/31UQiVJM (from your phone browser) and send a “Hi” message
Option 2 – ECS/AutoPay Registration. Choose 1 for Kotak Bank and 2 for any other bank.

2. Webchat – Chat with our Virtual Assistant Kaya on our website kli.in by clicking on “Lets Chat” Raise Service Request ECS/AutoPay Registration.
** Click on “Online Registration for ECS/AutoPay.
** Click on “Kotak Mahindra Bank or “Any Other Bank”A link to register ECS/AutoPay would be sent to your registered email id where you can provide your bank details and submit the request.
** ECS will get activated in 3-4 working days.

Is ECS/AutoPay of my policy active?
Viewing the ECS Status of your Kotak Life Policy has just got easier.

3. Online Policy Manager – You can login to Online Policy Manager on kli.in/OPM16 All Policies View Details ECS.

I want to deactivate the ECS. What is the process and TAT?
To deactivate ECS/AutoPay kindly follow the below:
1. Online – Click on kli.in/WECARE and select the option Policy related information ECS/SI queries ECS/SI Deactivation.

2. Branch Visit – Submit ECS/AutoPay deactivation form to the nearest Kotak Life branch (Branch timings are Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 03:00 pm; First and Last Saturday working).

How can I place a request for Re-debit?
To request for Re-debit of ECS/AutoPay, an SMS can be sent by typing “DEBIT (space) <8 digit policy no>” to 5676788 from registered mobile number.

Kindly keep your account sufficiently funded after sending the SMS. The Re-debit shall be done in 5 working days.

What are the premium payment options?
Online Payment of Premiums for your Kotak Life policy has just got easier. Choose any of the below options to pay your premium.
