I hv not received it yet. However, your tracking service is showing it delivered on 19.03.2021 on the wrong address i.e. vellakovil. Who will be responsible for missuse fo my PAN card which was delivered on the wrong address. My personal suggestions to you that send OTP to number of the parcel applicant which is mentioned on the parcel and get it at the time of parcel delivery. If you will get the OTP from the applicant it will make sure that parcel has been delivered on the right hand.

Very bad service of Velex courier. They updated the wrong status as shipment received still shipment not received. My shipment number is 23301134797 and status shown delivered on 14/02/18 but in status no contact number and sign and no name of receiving person.I have not received the shipment still the are wrongly updating status, so I effort to contact HO and Ahmedabd branch but all contact numbers are not reachable and switch off, one number 7069025171 of Ahmedabad connected on 15/02/18 and they replied we will update the actual status, but till now they not update my status and now this number is coming out of reach. Please help me, what I have to do. My shipment is related to Pan card. NSDL should not send PAN card by this courier. Very very bad and poor service.

I am not getting any response from the Hyderabad office. My Tracking number is 23301624047.
The package was to be delivered on 28-01-2018 (Sunday) as per the SMS. It did not happened. Called the delivery person’s mobile number. It is switched off.
On 29-01-2018 I called Mumbai number on their web page. They were assured that it’ll be delivered on the same day. but dDid not happened.
On 30-01-2018 I called Toll free number 022-27562211, and the listed local nos. 040-66638081, 040-64638082 and 040-64638083. None work.
Package urgently required and still remains undelivered. I wonder why NSDL is using this irresponsible and inefficient company’s services.
