I feel India post by the government delivers products faster than xpressbees. The name only says Xpress. I am sure they try to prove the opposite of the same. Shipment does not received. Customer care only keeps forwarding complains which never maybe read and acknowledged. Snapdeal please use another courier for shipment. Its been 10 days for my shipment. 24 – 48 hours is history with you guys.

After tracking my courier, I tried inquiring for the same on your helpline number. Your representative verified my identity just by confirming the contact number written in address (and confirmed my order) and said your product was misrouted because of some address and pinCode issues.
So my concern is, why don’t you people send a message or just give a confirmation call to avoid suffering and disappointment of customers in case such issues arises that too when you need only the contact number to verify the identity of a person to whom you have to deliver the courier.
I hope you people will come out with some solution on this.
