Shipping policy :
** Narayana Pearls (India) Private Limited offers shipping to all cities across India & Worldwide.
** We dispatch domestic orders through Speed Post & Blue Dart as free shipping options for Orders Rs. 1,500 & Above.
** For all non-serviceable areas Speed Post shipping method will be the alternative option provided instead of courier services.
** All orders shall be shipped from Chennai, India & All products are packed in waterproof and corrugated box to ensure safe delivery.
** All orders are dispatched within 2 business days from the date of payment confirmation, excluding MADE TO ORDER items.
** Since courier agencies do not deliver to PO Box address, customers are requested to provide full address with postal code.
** Generally no deliveries can be made on Weekends & Government Holidays.
** However, in case of emergency, solely at the discretion of Narayana Pearls, Delivery May Be Made On Saturdays.

Refund Conditions :
** Ensure that the product is in warranty.
** No cancellation & refund requests for products like Imported Items, Jewellery Accessories & Clearance Items.
** The refund shall be processed only after the product is shipped back and received by us.
** Need to attach a note along with the product returned for refund. The note should clearly state your name and address, contact number, and order number. Describe the problem in your own words. Without your order details processing refund / replacement would not be possible.
** The return courier tracking number is not intimated to nipuna.in customer support team is not eligible for refund
** The order returned must accompany all the accessories which were serviced along with the order else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount
** Any charges levied as tax is not eligible for refund.
