Custome Service :
General:
1. Any matter/claim/dispute arising out of the transaction will be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
2. Any request for further services or Exchange/Buyback of the products or complaints should be accompanied with the original invoice/receipts and certificates.
3. If payment is made by local cheque or demand draft, delivery of the item purchased will be made only after realization of the instrument amount.
4. The Company can withdraw or alter ORRA exchange/buyback policy without prior notice at any given time and the decision of ORRA shall be final.
Jewellery sold by ORRA can be exchanged at any of the ORRA showrooms.
1. It is unused.
2. It is in the same condition in which it was sold.
3. It is returned within 48 hours from the time of purchase.
4. The original invoice/receipt and certificate is produced.
5. The product is not tampered with or altered.
6. If the customer exchanges the product for a lower value product, no refund on the difference amount shall be given.
7. However if the customer exchanges the product for a higher value product, then the difference in the amounts shall be paid by the customer.
Customer Order / Advance :
1. The customer can freeze gold rate at the time of placing order by paying 90% advance for jewellery & 100 % advance for coins/Bars.
2. In this case gold rate applicable on purchase will be ORRA’s prevailing rate at the time of the advance payment.
3. The customer shall collect the product within 30 days from the date of intimation.
4. The customer may place an order without freezing the gold rate on payment of 25 % of the product value.

I took your orra- desire eternity 11 months advance jewellery purchase scheme on dated 25 November 2015 from SPAAG sales pvt. Ltd.12 A.B. road, Sapphire Heights, Indore (M. P.) and my customer code is 9020501581. I paid all my installments regularly and on dated 11sep.2016 they gave me my PassBook. I wanted to purchase ORRA jewellery and visited store several times but they had no ORRA jewellery ln their store and sugestted me that as per our term & conditions you can purchase ORRA jewellery from any store of the company I visited your ORRA store situated at City Center, OPPO. High Court,Indore(M.P.)and wanted to purchase ORRA jewellery and showed them my PASS BOOK and all my original documents but they straightly denied to sell jewellery under your scheme and told me that you will have to purchase jewellery from the same store from where you took the scheme. I am feeling duped and insulting they are not having ORRA Jewellery and other your authorized store not giving me jewellery which is straightly violation of your Term & conditions. In such condition what i should do? kindly help me and take necessary action as soon as possible.
