Shipping Policy

** Any order purchased online will have no shipping charges attached
** For COD purchases, a cash handling charge of Rs. 50/Rs. 100 will be charged on all orders
** For cash on delivery (COD) transactions, payments will be accepted only in cash when the product is delivered
** Partial refunds will not be entertained

** If you return an order delivered to you, COD charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on Whaaky’s Returns Policy
** The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.

** Shipping will be done only in India.
** We dispatch our orders within 10 business days from the order confirmation date. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
** All Disputes are subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction

Order Cancellations

** If you would like to cancel an order, you can call or email our customer service and provide details of the order you would like to cancel.

** If you cancel the order before the product has been shipped, you will receive a complete refund.
** Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns and be dealt accordingly.

Returns Procedure :
** Please contact our Customer Service to initiate a return and log a complaint.
** In case of a replacement, the customer will have to self ship the product to our warehouse.

** A flat shipping fee of Rs 100 will be converted into a mobile recharge coupon.
** While sending the self shipment product, customer has to ensure that he marks a tick in the check box related to either replacement or refund in the invoice sent along with the product.

Conditions for return :
** Products should be unused
** Products should be returned or exchanged in their original packaging along with original price tags, labels, instruction sheets and invoices.
** for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.

** If the product has a gift associated with it, the gift has to be returned along with the product in original condition
** For all purchases where a discount voucher or promotion code is used, the refund amount shall exclude the discount applied
** We do not accept return or exchange requests for innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes and free items

  12. With respect to Order Id- S801541445, I have placed the Order on Jan 04.06.2016, 11:30:31 am. It is now 14 days since I have placed the order. I have made the payment in advance with SBI Netbanking as Mode of Payment. But yet have not shipped the Item. I also have placed many emails & calls to Whaaky customer support, but no response at all from them. So, request to please help me to get my money back or let the ship the item.

    I got my percel on 5th april but there was no mobile inside the box, only two charger and a battery was there. I contacted to customer care. One of your representative Mr. SYED SAJID told me to return the product for refund through own expenditure to your hyderabad office. I did and the product reached to your Hyderabad office on 9th april but still now no response coming from your side.

  21. This is w.r.t to below order number, dispatched to me a few minutes ago. Firstly I don’t see any invoice inside the package plus the quality, color and pattern of these shirts are not as expected. I am really upset after opening the parcel.

    Thus would like to return the product and ask for refund. I’ve done a COD for this parcel i.e. for Rs. 1250/- in cash.
    I look for your understanding and kind support in helping me return this product because I am really not satisfied with the product.

We are completely in sync with all the brands and ensure branded products are provided exclusively to customers. None of the products provided are duplicates. All products are bought from the factories of the brands. As per the company’s business model, Whaaky works on picking stock lots from the brands it has associated itself with. The quantity picked from the lots is huge that controlling specifications tend to become a humongous task. Despite this, Whaaky, for the sake of customers, ensures that it completely controls the price and size variant of products and delivers products strictly based on requirements of the customers. To control the design and colour might get too very tedious to handle. But Whaaky gives this free will to customer that if customers are not satisfied with the product that they have received, whaaky can provide the customer with a different design of the same product, as per what is shown in the website
