I have booked iphone on 2nd Jan and no updates on the product nor delivery date. When ordering it showed as 3 days to deliver. No one from customer care responding to mails nor taking my calls.

This is to inform you that we have purchased Videcon washing machine from Vijay Sales (Noida Sec 18) in the year 2014.
I would like to bring this in your knowledge that since the day we purchased the product, we keep continuously facing the product failure.
We have registered the complaint & technician has visited at site rectified the product. Still after few months we are facing the same issue repeatedly.
Dealer has preferred us the Videocon machine for the quality but now we regret our decision. On the other hand we are also using Whirlpool w/m & its working perfectly. We don’t understand how inferior quality product has been passed from CRI.
As I am also working with Electrical s organisation & aware of these sorts of issues.
We request you to rectify our issue.

Or else we will knock the consumer court for using inferior quality product & harassing the customer’s by repeatedly failure in the products.
We purchased Videocon fridge on 10-6-16 from Vijay sales old gurgaon branch. From day one i.e. 11.6.16, demo guy told us that fridge part is missing and fridge is not working properly. Informed Mr. Hardayal Customer Care of Vijay sales and also lodge complained on Videocon but till date no response. Did any concern please look into the matter. Others please see how Vijay sales deal with their customer.
