I HAVE ORDERED FOR A RELIANCE WIPOD 4G LTE ON 20TH JULY ORDER NO. RNROBOJAP AND HAVE ALREADY PAID AMT ON 20TH July. I have not received the WFPOT nor able to find out status of the order. Will you please inform the latest position?

I have placed an order for 4G data card on 20-05-2016 vide order No 590617847, order ID UIJPTPJFI and paid Rs 2699/- through POSPAYUST 000000470 at shop.rcom.co.in vide txn No 020000491407. In spite of repeated approach, the data card ordered by me as well as NO response towards of my order has yet been received. NO communication from shop.rcom.co.in about shipment of data card has yet been communicated to me. Please resolve the issue to enable me to avail net facilities at the earliest.
